Yes — AI Insights and the Impact Story Engine are available to any plan through our credit purchase system. Buy a 10-credit starter pack for $5. Credits never expire. Premium plan organisations receive 20 credits ($10 value) automatically each month.

The Impact Story Engine is an AI tool that turns raw operational data ("We delivered 4,200 meals this quarter") into a full donor-facing impact story — headline, narrative paragraphs, a social proof stat, and a call-to-action button phrase. It uses 1 AI credit per generation. Stories can be copied to your website, email campaigns, or grant applications.

1 credit = 1 AI operation. That could be generating a donor behaviour analysis, scoring up to 50 donors for churn risk, generating a fundraising prediction, producing an Impact Story, or sending one AI chat message. Credits are deducted from your balance when you click "Generate".

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. Your organisation and data are retained for 90 days after cancellation so you can reactivate. After 90 days, data is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
